New Castle County PAT has wrapped up the 2025-2026 program year successfully. Play Group at Stubbs EEC is on hiatus for the summer. Many families came regularly to help promote childrens' social skills, engage in meaningful learning activities and to simply have fun. The Teen Parenting Group is also on hiatus for the summer. A large and active group at DAPI participated this past school year and we were able to enroll a number of them for home visiting. The Promise in Action program at the New Castle County Hope Center wrapped up at the end of June. A parenting and family support program offering tools, guidance and community support through group sessions, individual sessions, and parent and child engagement sessions. We look forward to the 2026-2027 program year!
