Good news to share: the Delaware Family Support Hub is getting a refresh, and a new and improved version is coming soon.
Since the Hub launched, it has helped Family Support Specialists across the state get ready for home visits, with guides, community organizations, and communication tools in one place. We paid attention to how you actually used it, and that is shaping what comes next.
What is changing:
The Hub started as an app. In the new version, it moves to the web. That is the biggest change, and it is the one we most want you to understand, because it works in your favor.
Today, some of the Hub's most useful parts sit behind a login. The resource library and the index of community organizations are exactly the kind of thing a family or a new staff member should be able to pull up in seconds. Out on the open web, anyone who needs them can get to them, with no account and no barrier in the way.
You keep your access!
If you have leaned on the app, here is the part that matters most. You keep everything you have today. The Hub stays. It just becomes easier to reach.
The resources you use are moving somewhere simpler to search and simpler to share with the families you serve. It all stays at the same home you already know, DelawareFamilySupporthub.org. When the new version is ready, you just visit the site.
What stays just for staff:
Some parts of the Hub are meant for the team, and those stay signed in. Your supervisor tools, the specialist workspace, and the knowledge hub for how-tos and training will still ask you to log in, so the right information reaches the right people. Anything meant for families and partners becomes open to all, while your staff tools stay behind a secure login.
What is next?
We are building now, and we will keep you posted as the new Hub takes shape. When it is ready, we will walk you through it so nothing about the change feels like a hurdle. Until then, keep using the Hub the way you do today.
